Villa 2 is a two-storey villa which can accomodate up to 9 guests. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a common bathroom and an open-plan space for the living room, dining area and kitchen. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a view of the sea, a dining area and a kitchen. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a private bathroom, the second with two single beds and private bathroom and the third with a single bed.

All rooms are air-conditionioned and have direct access to large balconies with a sea view.

The living room has a 32 inch TV, DVD and CD player, radio, WiFi internet connection, a laptop and a small library. Villa a is fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dish-washer, coffee-maker, toaster, juicer and boiler. It also has washing machine, clothes iron, safe box, hairdryer, first aid kit, baby cot and seat.

The outdoor areas of the villa is composed by a private 40 sq. m. swimming pool with sunbeds, private garden, private parking space, fully equipped barbecue, mini-golf, swings.
